This group personal training teaches clients, basic training techniques, structure the client to build and adapt the muscles to resistance under a variety of conditions and resistance under a moderate speed within a Circuit pattern.
Circuit: Perform a movement or exercise for a period of time to then move to another location "station" to perform a different exercise for a period of time. The client can change fitness stations several times throughout the duration of the training session.
Intensity: Mild to Moderate
Time Duration: 30 minutes, 45 minutes
This group fitness training teaches clients, Intermediate training techniques, structure the client to adapt their muscle resistance under a variety of conditions and resistance under a moderate to rapid movements within a Circuit pattern. The focus of this class is to increase heart rate to adapt to metabolic training.
Intensity: Mild to Moderate
Time Duration: 30 minutes, 45 minutes
This group fitness training teaches clients, Intermediate- Advanced training techniques, structure the client to adapt their muscle resistance under a High-Intensity Training environment, Combo personal training movements, and increased resistance under rapid movements within a Circuit pattern. The focus of this class is to increase heart rate to adapt metabolic training status to enhance a physical transformation under a short duration.
Intensity: Mild to Moderate
